Qwickly Attendance is a powerful, customizable attendance solution for nearly every school needing to collect attendance data for regulatory compliance and to measure student engagement, regardless of class modality. The platform simplifies attendance taking for instructors and gives students a window into their own attending patterns, encouraging student success. Universities, colleges, and K12 schools have different attendance requirements (including tardy, excused, present, participation scales, and enrollment verification for Financial Aid) and hold a variety of different class formats (such as in-person, hybrid, hyflex, fully online, and allowing students to attend remotely at times). Qwickly Attendance is a customizable attendance taking solution designed to meet these requirements and formats, and provides granular attendance data.
Qwickly streamlines needed information regarding attendance records. Students are given real time access to their own attendance performance with their course attendance records, including access to optional instructor comments and details on absence limits. Instructors can notify students with personalized email alerts and access course reports with detailed records, like last date of attendance.
Qwickly Attendance provides numerous data visualizations and reports. Administrators can run or schedule a variety of reports on attending trends for all students or customized student groups (like athletes, first year students, at-risk students, and financial aid recipients). Qwickly's attendance data can be accessed by other systems using data feeds.
Qwickly Attendance integrates with Blackboard Learn, Instructure's Canvas, and D2L Brightspace via LTI. Rosters are pulled directly from the Learning Management System where instructors can begin taking attendance using their preferred attendance-taking mode. Attendance data appears in enterprise reporting and external data feeds immediately after being entered by the instructor, offering real-time access to this data as it becomes available.
